It went very well, the technician showed on time, explained what was going to happen, showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and explained what those particular parts did and the consequences of not replacing the part.

They were prompt in responding, and the technician was friendly and did a good job. I am part of their gold membership program which means I pay a set fee each month, and they will address any problem at no additional cost unless it’s a major component. This has more than paid for itself.

They cleaned out the heating and air conditioning system at my mother’s house. Everything went well. They were fast, efficient, and did a thorough job. We have no complaints with the service.

We were very pleased with the total installation. Workers very polite and knew their trade well .Manager stopped by to inspect all work, and explained operation of all equipment in a thorough manner.

The Key to Comfort thoroughly cleaned our furnace, which is a hot water boiler heater. We had not had our system cleaned for some time, as the original company that installed the furnace went out of business. The Key to Comfort were very punctual with the time they said they would arrive. It took around two hours to clean the furnace thoroughly and clean up after themselves. He then sat down and told what all he done to the furnace and how he cleaned it. He then explained about being put on an annual service for the furnace.We were extremely impressed. We did agree to an annual cleaning service for one year and would certainly use this service again.

Installation and test of central air which included a mini split conditioner. Very professional and personable. Were even able to indulge a silly old woman’s attempt to join the work crew which would have been pure disaster. Will not only use them again, but will also sing their praises in person.
